Nowdays,many people are getting fat. It's not noly harmfull to our bodies but also to our spirits.
First,we may suffer many kinds of disease from being fat. Such as diabetes, heart troule, high blood pressure.
Second,there is prejudice exist in the society that the fat people can't do the things well. It's said that the man who have more opportunities to success are thin.
so ,It's neccessary for every to go on a heathy diet that make life better.
we should take a nutritious breakfast and lunch everyday. Try to drink water as often, and don't eat too much in the evening. Go for a walk after dinner. Do some sports in the spare time.
Keep these good habits everyday, and the fat never come to disturb you.
