关于媒暖投资！！！

[color=#000000][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt] [/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]根据烟台市人民政府《关于收取城市基础设施配套费的有关问题的意见》（烟政发[2004]86号），现就城市供热基础设施配套费的有关问题，做如下补充规定：[/size][/font][/color]
